Chuck Todd: When you actually tell people what's in the bill, they like it

Yesterday, Chuck Todd on NBC defended his network's biased poll, which eliminated the notion of choice from their question about a public option and then acted like it was news when support dropped. Here's that mindblowing defense:
On Hardball earlier this evening, NBC's Chuck Todd claimed that they changed the wording because the word "choice" "biased" the question.
Todd didn't explain what is "biased" about describing a plan that offers people a choice between a public plan and private insurance as offering a choice between a public plan and private insurance.
Today, he's singing a different tune:
That's right, Chuck. When you actually tell people what's in the bill, they like it. When you give them right wing spin, they don't.
Which begs the question: Why would NBC and the Wall Street Journal poll Americans on what's not in the bill in the first place?

This is a link to the woman who yelled "Heil Hitler" to an Israeli citizen who was simply comparing Israel's health care with the United States.
Watch how she reluctantly agrees that the U.S. needs reform, believes illegal immigrants will bee covered in the bill that is still being written, and saying that her most important expectation is that Obama gets voted out of office.
She's a defending a system so great that her husband has two jobs and no health insurance.
Here's what's important to know. If you believe the lies this woman believes, show us your evidence in the bill.

This might give one pause, it's true. But only if a person reads the bill, as this gentleman reccommends us all to do.
The title of Section 246 (page 143 of the pdf version of HR 3200) is "NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS. The text continues:"Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States."
Affordability credits are defined elsewhere in the body of HR 3200.
I think that fact has clearly debunked the myth that the bill will cover any illegal aliens.
It's unfortunate, however, that the people perpetuating that myth are the same ones who can't read a birth certificate.
We'll have to battle illiteracy after this bill is signed.
