In case you missed it the first time around, the Bill Moyers Journal will be rebroadcasting Moyers' interview with former health insurance executive Wendell Potter on PBS tonight (with another rebroadcast on Sunday). The interview is powerful and infuriating, and it really shows what the health insurance industry is - a profit making, people killing machine. Be sure to tune in!
Potter's story, though I've known this, makes me sick to my stomach…I hope his life is not in danger…I would guess that the insurance industry might try to harm him, as the tobacco industry tried to kill the fellow who told the truth on them.
Congratulations to him and to Moyers
This was a fantastic interview and very thought provoking. My dream would be to have this interview shown also on all 3 major networks, prime time, and repeated in case it was missed, about a couple of weeks before Congress votes on health care legistlation.
