Three big problems , no one seems to want to talk about one listed here is the insurance companies, record profits, last year, that is a problem. Pharmasuetical companieis, not making record profits but spending ungodly sums of money on advertising on nonessential medication all in the name of r and d. the third is the non profit hospitol, there is no such thing, there is hospital's that don't make profits however. And the future problem is that it cost a doctor in the US from $500,000 to $1,000,000 to go to school and now they want to pay them less, good luck findining a doctor.
